I'm a US citizen filing a g325a for my foreign wife and myself. The form ask "This form is submitted in connection with an application for:" The choices are Naturalization, Status as a Permanent Resident, or Other. My question is what do i select? I'm the US citizen completing the form for myself. Do i leave it blank? My wife chose "status as a permanent resident" on her form because we are filing for a CR-1 Visa.

Hi I got married in the Philippines on July 17, 2010 to a filipino woman with an 11 year old son. my questions are:
1. Do i submit to USCIS two I-130 forms? One for my new wife and one for her son.
2. If i submit to USCIS two I-130's do i pay fees for each one?
3. Do i submit to USCIS a G-325a for my wife's 11 year old son also? I understand i need to file one for myself and one for my spouse.

I am trying to bring my wife and her son here from Philippines. I am applying for CR1 Visa and just starting the process. I am a US citizen. I am confused about asset requirements. My salary is 20k more than 125% of the poverty level for a three person household. I have around 10k in assets and my assets consist of equity in home and mutual fund. I have searched this site for an hour an can't find info. for someone in my situation.
Are assets required if income is over 125% poverty level. If assets are required, do I need more assets to bring my wife here?
