    I just called (703)439-2313 to find out if our packet has arrived and the recording said that I need a DS 160 confirmation number???? Don't I do that after getting packet 3????? I spend so much time researching.....

      wait for the option that says to talk to an officer give him/her you case number and they well tell you when the packet 3 was sent thats what i did

      I just did that today without the confirmation number and they said it was sent March 30th. You don't need the number they just want the case #.
