Do we need to fill up DS230 before we go to the Interview? I am so confused. One paper says we need the DS230, another just the DS 2100, other info says we need DS156 and DS156K. For CHRIST'S SAKE, can't they tell us CLEARLY what they need? I am about to crack under pressure. Can anyone help, plz? I BEG you guys, plz HELP.

what about the NBI clearances? Do i have to send 2 (with maiden name and married name) clearances or 1 (with married name) will suffice.
