Dear everyone,

I would be really grateful if some VJ members can guide me through the NVC process.

How do you know NVC received our approved petition? How then do I know it has been forwarded to the consulate?

I have been trying to call for a while now, and the line is always busy! I check other VJ members' timelines and I realize almost everyone has a date in their timeline that mentions 'NVC received'.. 'NVC sent'...

So I am really grateful to anyone that can really help me in this post decision process! I checked the section under NVC and I really did not understand what is going on, especially that many discuss issues in the NVC forum that are related to different visas, rather than the K1.

I hope someone can tell me the approximate time limit, how many days would they process it in NVC? etc...

So from anyone's experience, what do we expect after a 'touch'? a possible NOA2 in the mail box?

Patience is a virtue that I don't have especially when my better half is millions of miles away! It just feels like I have not seen her in centuries.

Anyhow, I hope anyone here that are good with numbers could actually use the official numbers published on USCIS. It would be really great if any engineers, accountants, math majors or anyone good with numbers could actually work around these numbers by providing the July filers an estimate - by using the scientific method.

I mean it would great if we could at least receive a probable and scientific assessment. So please anyone with a good background in numbers, look for the July stats and provide us with your interpretation!

Hey everyone! Another July Filer!! I received my NOA1 on July 6 and I've been waiting since then!! I began another thread for prayer and warm thoughts for reuniting with our loved ones!!

Anyhow hoping and praying for the best!! I pray we'll all hear some good news by the end of this week and early next week!!

The prospect of this topic is to invite everyone to join in prayer for our papers to get approved and finalized soon! All you have to do is just throw a line or two as your personalized prayer! The more we pray, the heavens would eventually open and hear our claims!!

I truly know what the majority is feeling!! We're running out of patience, out of hope... I started this topic for people that just like me that have filed the K1 petition in late June 2010 and early July 2010.

So please any members that have a NOA1 date between June 28 2010 and July 10 2010, please join and let us share our experiences! We can construct a timeline ,in an expectation when we can be reunited with our loved ones!

Please provide any form of information on your timeline, NOA1, NOA2 etc...

I am currently waiting for NOA2!!! WOW!! It seems like forever!!
