So for some reason my dad's old company is gone and they didn't put him in w4 so no w2. Anyway, my parents will be filing tax jointly and all together total is 31,500. Do they have to send my wife the updated I-864 from my dad and I-864A from my mom, or the copy that we already have, the one we send the NVC. NVC has already approved the AOS and added to the case file though.

So after your husband files his income tax online, as soon as he receives a refund or a due tax it means IRS has processed the tax return and he or you can print out the transcript online. So usually after 2-6 weeks.

No .. thats why I am going crazy.. its so so under the poverty guidelines.. total income for 2012 it is 7000$.. because he just started his job in this year.. If i get the transcripts with this amount my case is totally will be messed up, i hardly could explained this to him today. Yeah he is just delaying your case. I wouldn't do that even if I lose money. Maybe he doesn't know much about I-864. Yeah if you took his previous tax transcripts they would say you need a joint sponsor.

No I didnt get any transcripts with me, he sent his tax return for 2012 to NVC, thats NVC

I haven't done tax online, maybe 3 weeks or a month, maybe right after he files. Someone who has an experience can answer. Of course they looked at the previous year, and wanted to see this years transcripts. So gather those three docs and give them a call. Tax transcripts might take time just be patient. Everything will be alright.

On my 221g they are asking IRS transcripts for 2012 not for 2013, so is that ok I print for 2012 and i get only W2 form for 2013?

Wait didn't you take the 2012 transcripts with you? And does the 2012 income meet poverty guidelines?

I just received an email from NVC which says checklist cover letter and at the bottom it says that they have reviewed ds 260 and waiting for us to send civil docs. IV package was received on Feb 18. Is this what is called a false checklist. AOS has been reviewed and entered in their system.

No he has to file his income tax. You have to explain him the situation. Tax transcripts is printable online so don't worry they are originals. After he files taxes, as the other member mentioned it will be available online after a months. So do this as soon as possible.

so I call the Senator's office because I haven't heard from her all day after I saw that this morning she read my email from yesterday... Come to find out, she did send another inquiry to TSC and they replied saying they have no record of any service request being sent out to me. ( How nice ) Well,,, I forwarded the email to her again to prove that I really did get that ####### response from them. Now I have to wait until Monday to hear something AGAIN..
