We met in South Korea in Jan. 2007. I was there teaching English to super cute kids, and he was stationed there with the Army. We met at a bar where he was volunteering, and the sparks flew later that night after he gave me a case of A&W Root Beer and we danced to Norah Jones in an Irish Pub in Seoul! We were engaged during a vacation in Beijing China at midnight New Year's Eve of '08/'09. We got married in March 2010 near my hometown and are waiting very anxiously to be together once again!
it's been 3 weeks since I sent the DS230, and no word (well, other than the fact that we may not have properly requested electronic processing). Sigh. Fingers crossed and anxious for good news!
I hope you hear something good soon. I'm afraid I don't have an original birth certificate so waiting on one to be mailed from Nicaragua and also two passport photos. It's delaying my DS230 submission and driving me crazy.
