    Hi - I'm reading your comment regarding the mortgage and I too have not added my husband because of all the issues and changes. I haven't even changed my last name on the mortgage (ugg). Anyway just wondering if you have heard from others who have not sent a copy of mortgage with ROC. I'm not planning on it and we are sending our package later this week. thanks Debbie

    EAD card received & AP approval... Next is interview June 20th.

    Finally our Happy Dance... Just visited USCIS and check our Case Status and it said they mailed us our I-485 interview date for June 20th. Only one week after biometrics appt. Lot's to do now to prepare. Happy Day!

    Today we found out our Interview date. Nov 15th... Finally!!!!!

    Called Embassy today and found out Packet 3 was processed on Sept 26th. They said 4-6 weeks for interview letter. Cross fingers we hear something soon.

    Now Oct 3rd and we are still waiting interview letter. Think it's time we email or make a phone call.

      Have you guys called, emailed, or heard from the embassy yet? I am so utterly upset it seems they have stalled out for some reason. I just would like to knoe a date even if its gonna be another month away....UUUGGGHHH!

      I called NVC and they were no help. Just said active acct and Dave was showing eligible. Nov 19 is our deadline or we file for extension. Medical sent approved forms 10/4 to London Emb. Your right, don't care how long just give the date of interview please.... at least we have a day to look forward too. This has been a long wait, Now 6 mths. I can't help but think it's because our initial form did not have a firm wedding date or airline booked. Now we have date and want to...

      I called DOS today and they informed me our date has been set for October 27th, they recieved our p3 on the 27th of August but didn't log it till September 15th... Fingers crossed you get yours soon!!
