      paano di ko magets...kasi ang babayaran ko ay 1050usd sa bdo Ang tanong ko ay kung ang rate lets say ay 45something,,,iba daw kasi rate ng BDO PAG VISA FEE,MAGDAGDAG DAW NG PLUS 2 OR 3 IMBES NA MAGIGING 45 47 SYA USD
