      Hello..I'm from Concord,CA...after getting married..try to have your Vaccination records transcribed by a Civil Surgeon nearest to your place..you need the Vaccination Supplement part on I-693(signed & sealed by the suregeon)..then get your marriage certificate..you need the infos as well..God bless!!..
