I'm just thinking how confusing this K1 visa is, How much evidence I need and whatnot... I'm so nervous. I dont know what to do I miss him everyday, I had him by my side holding me throughout the night for 5 months while in Jordan, now nothing, I miss him dearly, and really dont know what to do... k1, greencard? meet him in finland and file for a k3? I just feel alone in this. Should I get a lawyer? I'm really all over the place with my thoughts and emotions right now. I know that...

im not sure of your solution,but i wish we could have married and then filed k3. We did try but couldnt ever get a license in sweden so we did the k1.now i dont know what we will do my fiancee is catholic and they still deny us say he has terrorist ties. he has never even had a speeding ticket much less been involved in anything as horrible as that. i lived with him nine months i think id know is he was a bad person.good luck whatever u decide to do.
