Dont worry, ask Dipu to discuss with Police officer who is processing his case. May be he will able to find out the resolution (Dipu has to give a big bribe).

Ask Dipu to try to talk to the neighbours if they can witness. I know it's so weird but I belive he'll find a way. I also had to do so much hard work & struggle to collect all those documents...

Again, Any information you need regarding New Delhi Embassy or any documents, then PLS let me know......One more thing...ask him to bring his all vaccination records when he come here. I got RFE for that when I applied for my Green Card & then I had to go for all those shots again here.

Finally after such a long wait, Today my green card has been approved!

I was applicant. my wife's family used to send me greeting cards. Also they used to write me letters about how excited they are for our marriage & relationship, which are nice to prove that your relation is true.

So I suggest you to keep every single record of your talking & chatting. I know talking on phone overseas must be expensive, that's why sending a letter/letters in a month to each other by explaining your love would be a good impression & helpful for grabing your visa!
