Ok, new Update for all my friends wondering. Finally got Waybill # 2 hours ago..Passport is on it's way as of 7 pm tonight. March 7, 2011.

ya, we accidently got our DS230 with our originals, lol. The thing you're supposed to sign when done, lol..###### happens.

ya..the consular officer accidently gave us our DS230 with our originals...they couldn't print my visa without it..luckily I had it..so I have to mail it to them and they're going to express process my visa once they get it. always something, lol. I can't even get mad...###### happens. lol

sigh...another 2 weeks. Long story.

Called DOS yesterday...approved....not printed yet..no shipping info. Sigh

I will..no worries. Wife is calling DOS right now. Just curious. Holiday yesterday..so technically it's only been 3 business days.

they called me yesterday morning..Feb 16th interview..super quick..I ran to Toronto this morning, was there at 6 am, got my medical done..picking that up Monday on the drive up to montreal for Wednesday interview..fingers crossed...I'm stressed.

ya, wife called, she asked about the expedite..they said it was approved 4 days ago. I dont know if that means that we qualify for the expedite or the whole petition was approved. just found out 30 min ago.

Just got back from a visit..I told them at the border that I come across every 2 weeks to visit..no issues lately..in and out of the office at CBP in 10-15 minutes. Thank God I get to go visit my family.
