You can call them anytime ...auto system will tell you your case when you provide your NOA1 receipt number ....if its not in there call them between 07:30 to 00:00 midnight talk with Live person....if its in system they will tell.....hope you get your NVC case number tomorrow
No,majority of cases got update through email/sms their are few case which does not get update such as mine...what i can suggest is call NVC to find out if they receive your case....contact number is 603-334-0700...hopefully this will help
