i had my biometrics appointment on 5/30 but i will be out of the country on that date, so I went to the ASC last Friday to change my appointment but instead the officer let me do it on Friday!

i got my biometrics letter today for 5/30

I received my NOA1 today (date 4/18/13)

My check was cleared, but not NOA1 yet! My package was delivered on April 17th.

i sent my documents on 04/15 and they were received on 04/17. I havent received the NOA1

Hi Fellow March Filers, I need your help! I'm worried about my Change of Status & working permit papers. It's been 3 months now (March 21, 2011 filled) still no Biometrics Appointment Letter. I already received the receipt and the transfer letter that its in California already. But no biometrics letter appointment until now. What shall I do now? I checked all the March fillers and usually they have their biometrics done already. Hope you could help me. Thank You!

Is it normal that until now I don't have the biometrics letter? What can I do, where can I call? Thanks for the help.

i went to my local ASC office to ask for a biometrics appointment. They gave it to me within 5 mins and I had it one month later, but maybe your local ASC accepts walk in.

My case was sent to CSC on March 4th and havent heard anything regarding the AOS. Recv the EAD and AP the first week of april, and since then notta, nothing, zilch

I am not sure what is going on, but a lot of people were already approved. Hopefully we will receive an answer soon.

Are there any other filers from JAN still awaiting AOS, or am I the only one?

UR not the only one, I sent my AOS on Dec, on March 23 my case was trasnfered to California but i havent heard from them either.

I had the very same thing happen to me. Don't worry about it, simply means you have been approved!!

On March 18, 2011, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

My case said the card was ordered yesterday and today it went back to post decision activity, i dont know why,let me know if that happens to you too

On February 16, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

i think that means we are booking our own K1 interviews in Montreal, I havent received my packet 4 yet I was told it was sent to me last week. There is a new system (where you logged in today) that allows you to book your own interview date, but as you said there are no interviews available. I called today to the same service and I was told there are no interviews available for now, not sure what will happen with all of us.

Btw when was your packet 3 logged?

or do you mean the confirmation number after filling out the online ds 160?

my case number was on the bottom of the checklist and Yes it is the one that starts with MTL

hello, I just sent my p3 off on monday so now im in the waiting for an interview boat....i know i have at least 6 weeks to go...but am just wondering...when do you start calling and asking? and what number do you call?

I started calling 1 month after I send my packet 3. You can call DoS (Department of State) 202-663-1225 press 1 then 0. They will ask you for your case number which is in your packet 3.

when i book my medical appointment, I called in the morning and a lady called me back the same day in the afternoon. I called other day to reschedule my appointment and i left another voice message and the lady called me back right away. I guess the clinic has a lot of calls lately. If I was you I would call back again just in case.

call before noon or after 3pm any day. Actually I called 10mins ago and they picked up within 3 minutes. If you call at lunch time you will be on the phone for 15-20mins. Cheers
