    no we haven't requested a code or tried to email at all. to get the code to send them an email though, you need to call them.

    You can make the appointment anytime. My Fiance has his appointment this Thursday and hasn't sent in the packet 3 yet. Just make sure you have the police certificate and passport photos to take to the appointment.
