I'm glad I was not the only one who got the same response today about not being able to put in a service request.

Hmm. If they said they were processing July 10 back on Jan 6, it means 15 days have passed and they are processing applications 14 days later. So they are roughly following the day-to-day ratio. If that is true, it means I'm still 26 days away, which matches what the 3rd customer rep told me today to check back after 26 days. Interesting.

Please let us know when you're approved since you're one of the first in line for the month of August. I'm in August as well.
