The U S Consulate Lagos called me on the phone and gave me the appointed date, i told them to send the information to my e-mail which they did and i printed it out and took it along with me to the interview.

My husband got in touch with the congressman, the uscis says it will take 180 days to review it but uptil now we haven't heard anything from them

That happened to me in 2008,the consular officer told me it was not a bonafide relationship and sent my documents back to uscis, after 1yr uscis came and told me my petition has expired then my husband came down and got married to me and went and filed for I130 petition, now i went for interview for that one in 2010 and now the consular office told me not a bonafide marriage

They sent it back
