It's a long history... my husband filed a I129f first. But, because of the timing by then, we decided to get married and write to the USCIS to cancel that petition. We did that and then he filed the I130 (Feb 2007). For any reason they recorded our file instead of working on it (the attorney says that probably they thought I was in the US already).
