I got a letter from Department of Homeland security that I have an interview on the 28th of April. It asks me to bring a number of items including a medical. If I already had a medical done when I was waiting for my K1 do I need to get another one done in the US? Or does the canadian one count?

My husband and I sent in all our info for the AOS and EAD back in Oct 2010. We got e-mail confirmation, and our check was cashed, however we haven't recieved anything else via mail or e-mail. is this normal? What exactly are we waiting for or expecting.

I just got married Oct 6th 2010. But now I don't know what to do from here.

I know I have the I-485 to fill out, but can someone send me to what I need to send along with that, what forms, what extra stuff? In great detail would be wonderful there is so much controversy as to what I need to send in.

And also WHERE do I send it. I am living in NH. Do all K1 visa applicants need to send the paper work to the Chicago Il. USCIS office?

Once the visa is approved, how do you move any furniture, clothing, personal belongings across the border? How would we know how much they will charge for declaring everything? Also, what do I need to do to bring my car into the Sates? We have family bringing stuff down to the states for us, does everything need to be declared, and how much are we talking about?

I have received my interview date for Sept 27, However I would like to know. DO I get the visa right away in Montreal? or through the mail? How long is that process? And when I receive it do I have anything else i need to do or can I go to the US right away?

myself (canadian) and my Fiance (New Hampshire US) have been going through this process since Feb 2 2010. I finally called the Montreal office today and got the date for our interview! Sept 27th!! Hurray!

My fiance and i are just waiting for the 4th package. Is there anyway of knowing where it is at? or do you simply have to wait?

2/2/10-I 129F sent to Vermont

2/11/10- Money went through NOA1

5/18/10- NOA2 info sent to Montreal

6/21/10- Package 3

6/30/10- medical exam in T.O.

7/6/10- sent P3 back to Montreal

Package 4-??????????
