Sorry took a while to reply. But yes we got ours around October. They are just slow. We actually sent ours April, then nothing happened so I had to request for biometrics letter to be resent in July. I figured they forgot us so that was the only thing I could do. In August we went for biometrics and in October we received the green card. Hopefully it won't be too long for you guys.

lol it's been a long road for us and our husband and it's still going. yea we finally got our interview but i'm so freakin annoyed with them for making us wait this long for it. also i think you guys will probably more then likely get a surprised green card in the mail then having to do interview.

They've sent us 3 emails that our case was transferred but so far we only got snail mail that its been transferred to NBC. I was doing some search on VJ here and it's seems that if that happens its more then likely we will be transferred to local office for interview. So we are just going to prepare stuff in case we do have one. What about you guys have you heard anything.

well you guys might not get interview because it seems like you haven't gotten an email like mine. you guys might just get your greencard without interview. i hope it is that way for you two because you guys and us been waiting over a year now.

Lol I lied. We just got a second email that our application had been sent to local office and the are at "initial stage". Meaning reviewing it. Guess we might still have an interview. Thank you USCIS for making us wait over a year just so we might get interview. Well just glad his application is being looked at

it's no use calling cuz they can't or won't do anything it seems. pretty much told us to wait. my mom went to washington this week for that immigration strike/walk and she got a business card from a congress/senator (who is for immigration). she asked him/her about our greencard issue and he/she says that to contact them and they can see if they can do anything. we'll try contacting them too. we haven't heard anything from our congressman. did you guys fax or snail m...

agree we wrote to congressman last week and waiting for their response. have you guys thought about doing an infopass. my husband wants us to but not sure how much does that help too. also do you think it's true that they had a plumbing leak and some applications has been affected....argh i would be so mad

were you transferred to CSC? if not you may have an interview...if not you are lucky. we were transferred to CSC since may 2012. still waiting and will probably contact senator or congress to help. good luck to you guys

have you tried calling for service request. we just called end of last month for service request and recieved an email beginning of this month that they will look into our application. we are about the same timeline with the transfer to csc as you guys. when you call just talk to a tier 2 represtentative and request for service request

lol i'm going to get an RFE too because i sent in a copy of my marriage ceritificate instead of an official. so i'm just waiting for the RFE. i hope you don't get transferred to CSC cuz they are working on April 2011 only right now. that's a year off from us.
