Looks good, except that you need to include joint lease showing both names as occupant, joint utility bills, cellphone bills, cable, etc... BC of born child to the marriage if any.
No lease, family owned home. No children. Only utilities are electric and phone and they have been in my name for many years.

I have the following to submit for ROC:
Permanent Resident Card
Both of our Drivers License to show same address
SS card
2008 Tax transcripts
2009 Tax transcripts
Various joint checking account statements from 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011- a few from each year
credit card in each of our names with same account number
Auto insurance policy from 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011 showing her as a listed driver but policy is in my name only.
Affidavits from family member and neighbor
various medical and college bills and correspondence
church correspondence
Copies of cards we gave to each other
a few copies of envelopes addressed to both of us
a few pictures of us together at various family holidays
Not all of the correspondence is in both names, most of the college, doctor, etc is addressed to her at our address.
Thanks.

Does anyone have a sample cover letter for their ROC packet? Does the US citizen write it on behalf of their spouse? Did you include a list of the evidence in a numbered order or did you organize it in some other way? I would be most appreciative for any tips on the cover letter and what method you used to organize your evidence. I think you would start with the forms first, then the copy of the green card, and then? Did you include any pics and if so how did you attach them?
Thanks for your help and suggestions.

Entered US on Fiance visa, adjusted status and received conditional green card with no interview. Will be filing for removal of conditions this month. What are the chances of being called in for an interview now? Does it happen very often at this stage of the process? Thanks for your input.

Foreign passport is in maiden name and the green card is in married name. Airline tickets in maiden name to match passport. What potential problems exist for returning to US? Should a copy of marriage certificate be carried just in case? Does it need to be a certified copy? Any input will be appreciated. Thanks.

The waiver is prepared from the viewpoint of the US citizen, not the intending immigrant. You must prove extreme hardship to you, the US citizen if he is not allowed to enter the US and why it would be an extreme hardship for you to move to Peru. The immigrate2us forum is the best source of waiver information on the internet. You need to document all of your hardships and provide supporting evidence. There is a lot involved in preparing a strong waiver package. Any lawyer who told someone they would get their visa right away shouldn't be practicing law.
You may want to consult with a good immigration lawyer who specializes in waivers. One of the best is Laurel Scott at http://www.scottimmigration.net/ Heather Poole is also a good choice http://www.humanrightsattorney.com/
This is not a simple, guaranteed, procedure.
