I-601 went to USCIS in Seoul, Korea. We called after a month not hearing . glad we called, Great director is taking care of our case now. otherwise they never found our paperwork in office lol. our hardship were made but needed more evidence. they even said I didnt really need to file this. I am doing this for misrepresentation at the airport. I didnt have spouse visa. thats why i had to go back. It is going to take about 3months so I have to miss my flight to states AGAIN. so disappointed. ...

interview was fine, 3 seconds before leaving embassy, we were told that we need to do more paperwork. in order to clear up the problem i had with immigration back in 2007. so we paid extra $545 and did 5 or 6 pages of more paperwork and sent back to embassy, embassy will forward to states, they will make sure i have no problem and clear the record, then embassy will give me back my visa and passport. i dont have passport in hand at the moment of course. so i guess its a waiting game for ...

I didn't know NVC schedules interview date not only 2nd week of the month! Thanks for the info! Operator told me when case got completed "Im sorry but your interview is not gonna be scheduled in Sep." how does he know that...? so I am expecting the least of Sep Interview but October for sure!

just called NVC. Monday morning for them. No interview date assigned. operator said Call whenever you feel like. Calling is fastest way to know interview date people.

our case has closed (completed) at NVC on Aug 18 2010. We waited full 4 weeks(incl. weekend) and now NVC make interview lists for next month every 2nd week of the month. so I have to wait until 3rd week of Sep 2010...I am trying to get done with medical by then. what about you? good luck to you too~~ thanks for the note!

NVC is busy at the moment. I just called twice and couldnt connect

we laid off our case longer than2 yrs so we had to pay twice and price increased in those years too...now im waiting for our case to be completed.
