    I-601 went to USCIS in Seoul, Korea. We called after a month not hearing . glad we called, Great director is taking care of our case now. otherwise they never found our paperwork in office lol. our hardship were made but needed more evidence. they even said I didnt really need to file this. I am doing this for misrepresentation at the airport. I didnt have spouse visa. thats why i had to go back. It is going to take about 3months so I have to miss my flight to states AGAIN. so disappointed. ...
