Since both cases where approved at the same time NVC will kill the K3 route.

but i filed thru attorney and he told me to wait till they send me and him a letter with NVC case number ....I paid his fees already and if i started doing things my own would it hurt my case any how... or just wait to get a letter and take it on from thier because when i called NVC Yesterday they told me they will mail a letter it will have you case number and then call us back because their system have not generated a case number for me they just received my case....

hey guys it used to say five month processing time for I-130 application now its changes for national average 16.8 Months its a new change
