My fiance lives in Dar so hopefully he will get it by mail or be able to go and pick it up. I thought of one other question. How extensive was the medical exam? I want to tell him what he should be prepared for it to be like. Thanks again for all your help!

We got our first NOA the day before Thanksgiving and I think we just got the NOA2. It wasn't a very formal looking letter, but it was from the NVC saying they would be mailing the packet to Tanzania within the next week. I had one follow-up question. How was your fiance made aware his packet was ready? Was it by mail or phone? Thanks and Happy Holidays!

Hi! I saw your posting about your fiance getting his visa--congrats! My fiance is also from Tanzania so I didn't know if you had any specific tips for Tanzania that you could share with me. I submitted my I-129F at the beginning of July so we are just waiting for the next step.
