I am filling out the G-325a for my step-daughter. At the bottom I understand I fill in other,for whom the form is submitted, how do I identify the I-485 for my step-daughter? For signature it says applicant signature, for the G-325a I am filling out. Do I or my step-daughter sign here ...

Yeah, she chaecked the government office in Guangzhou and they said it is not necessary....the one she has is dated 3or 4 weeks before our marriage date.

Jamie, Yanzi got an email form Guangzhou consulate on July 23 for her appointment on August 6...I think you are august 10, so we are a few days ahead of you...We had a GUZ marker but seems like the paperwork got there much faster than expected...which we are happy!! Will you go to Guangzhou for the interview?

They request another copy if it has been more than a year since that copy was made...does she need a new no remarry document again? Thanks for the help!

In the Items Required for the VIsa Interview (IV) they request a copy of the no remarry paperwork if it is older than one year. The original copy we sent showed my wife not remarried up until about 60 before our marriage, and then those 60 days later we are married. As I understand it in CHina we coul dnot have been married if she had been married at the time of our marriage. So in the packet

Finally, are there any additional forms, letters, or documents I should be sending to her as supplements to all previously sent forms??? I appreciate all the help we have thus received and thanks in adviance for help with these final and most criticals steps!! We are both sincerely appreciative!

2 of the forms on the K3/K4 Packet 4 web page are for non-immigrant Visa Applications; Forms DS-156 and DS-157; I assume we do not fill these out? Is this correct? So given that these 2 are omitted there are 6 forms/instruction sheets that relate to Yanzi's interview, medical exam, and photos requirements??? Any advise?

OK, I guess I was wrong, Yanzi got the interview email last night, and her interview date is August 6, 2012!!! The Email states us as having a IR1 Preference Category ( I always get confused with the IR1/CR1 Categories) So now I have some questions; going to the forms web site under the K3/K4 section.
