    Rescheduling fingerprinting appointment

    You did not mention your travel dates. If you can,I'd suggest doing a walk-in at your local office before you leave. When I did the fingerprints, some people did that because they could not take off from work on the day they had the appointment. Just try it. It's much faster than a reschedule. Also, in my local office, they were accepting walk ins on wednesday afternoon or saturday morning. You may wait more than the ones who have appointments but it's worth it.

    I walked in last Tuesday on July 24 The staff denied to do it for me and they claimed they can't do it until I have the letter to show that I want to reschdule from uscis. In fact I have to do biometric tuesday coming but I can't I am travelling to other state so.

    After I move to live in America 9 months, My life is changing alot from house wife turn to be CNA study with Our lady of the lake, I was lucky than other american people. I got scholarship from Nursing school as CNA stipend program the scholarship given only 5 person in the only. There were 17 applicant whom applied for the scholarship and they are all American they speak english but me I don't speak english as mother language, But I beaten other american and got the scholarship, i so proud of myself than I can do it, I am on the CNA class for 3 weeks now and the 1st test I got B+, and 2nd test I got C+, It shows to everyone that I am not stupid and I am working hard enough to get the good grad... Even I can't reach to 'A' ( I should say what are you expect to much to reach to A I just live here only 9 months I don't go to ESL class also ) Everyday I spent time on my text books more than 6 hours and you know I didn't read to many page, the each page I always wrote thai meaning which vocab I don't understand, but I try my best to have better life and help my husband earn the reward, My teacher told me privately that Waxxx You have talent on nuring degree but you have to improve your english if you want to contiouns to LPN, I do agree with her and i will study on ESL class after I finished the vacational degree

    she is too cute, and let me talk about illegally migrant. It would not fair for legal migrant whom paid thoudsan dollar to move and live here as legally, The spouse of them or relative paid every penny for them to move as legal and live here for permanent. I think Mexican family could do too. Lets me take a point if illegally people they have no ssn, they don't pay for taxes and what about the people whom paid for taxes, Why american people has to pay high taxes ???? I was having serious talking about this issue with my husband twice about high taxes, He said the government will spare your taxes to be paid for poor american people or someone whom earn little annual, food stamp, hospital fee, public school, transportation and every stuffs. What about someone whom live here without greencard ? have job to work but no need to pay for taxes ? and they come to usa to have kids then when kids born the kids get American citizen, what does goverment have to pay ? if illegally people has 5 kids and earn not enough then government has to help by supporting them, food stamp and what ? the illegal people send money back to mother country and no need to pay taxes like other american people do, I think illegal people try to make more adventage from the ones whom works hard.

    Hi there,

    I am the one whom settle down my life in usa for 6 months now, I am still jobless. In my humble opinion that it depends on the area you live which has much popular alot of building and close to shopping more, good transportation then you will have much choice to pick one and all is your skill too. I can't drive, No good on english for american ( But all asian people whom knows me here they said my english is good ) I live in Baton Rouge,LA I feel like my life just start. Right now I read LA driving guide and almost ready to test Learner permit but still on hold LOL, and Walmart pretty far from my home like 7 miles, Here in this town everyone has private car and not really good on public transportation...

    I and Husband didn't see any of picture to USCIS, We sent Certificate marriage copy translate by me to USCIS all the documents the department wanted, I copied the reciept of money my husband sent me the each months, and the email talked, the hotel we stayed together, his copy of boarding pass, oh some wall on facebook my husband and family post I just hilight it with pink color, and another bills I sent the stuffs to my husband before we met in the person.

    Hi Loto,

    How are you doing ? I like all everything here in Baton Rouge cause the weather is close to Thailand ,I like the way my husband eat, he eats rice as mine and he eats all things I cooked for him, and we went out to restaurant 3 days per week, and he made cook while he was in day off too. good.gifHe 's really spoiled me like he 's spolied his cat, Sometime he pad my head like I was his cat headbonk.gifheadbonk.gif Am I his cat or I am his wife rofl.gifrofl.gifblink.gif

    Hi Guys,

    Sorry If i don't come to update often, I would not believe I am here in USA for a month right now but I am really wonder so much about my green card, I don 't see my real green card yet after I arrived here for a month, Even I called to USCIS but the operator told me to wait until a month came, I see nothing in my husband mail box.Just all the husband debt whistling.gifwhistling.gif mail... The Homeland security told me a month ago while he approved my passport at Dallas airport that Green card will be mailed to me next 3 weeks and welcome notice and ssn, I just got only my ssn after I arrived here 13 days but not welcome notice and Green card yet,

    How long have guys here got green card ? do you guys have any idea ?

    Hello Guys

    I arrived to USA last night my flight was horrible, Every things was well while I left Suvanaphu airport to Nariya Airport by Japan airline which operated with American Airline then I flew with American Airline connect at Narita to Dallas Airport,Check and adjust my visa status at Dallas aiport then i have to catch skylinks to another terminals.

    I just wanted my husband knows and confirm him that everything was ok with me then i called him by public phone 10 times but it worked only 2 times ( while i was in terminal B I found the shop to sell prepaid card but it has not ) then I asked the American Airline staff names Sobi at Terminal B 14 to help me, he said no, I borrow him cellphone to call to my husband he said NO, and He said he would not help cause it's not his business I told him that I tried to call my husband 10 times but it's not work I put more coin on the public phone but the hell it would not work, ( Damn ? ) I explained to him that I am new here and this is my first time I trip alone to usa but he said He doesn't care I should someone else to help me. I will complain with american airline and my family and my husband told me that we will not use american airline anymore if i write the complain and have not fedback back to me.

    No, I am currently in Indonesia working so was unable to go with her today. I'm headed back to Thailand Wednesday to pick her up and then go to Texas. One piece of advice when you go back to pick up visa, don't go too early. She got there several hours early and had to wait till about 40 mintutes after 3:00 to pick up visa. They had told her to be there at 3:00. Good luck to you in your travels.

    yes today i went to interview on 7.oo pm but the real interview on 10.30 am, Aha that day I will go to the embassy on 3.15 pm i don't want to wait. it's really nice that you come to pick your wife that 's great my husband can't come to pick me up here, and change connect 3 connect that 's bad :wacko::wacko::wacko::wacko::wacko::wacko:

    With all those staples, paper clips, ring binders, side tabs, how do you think The Visa Office will send them

    through a copier or scanner?? If everyone applied with 1000 sheets or more, I would hate to work for The

    Visa Office..........

    if they want all of that i will give to both of them i have printer at home so i can many load :whistle:and prepare much than prepare less cause you never what the consulate wanted, in my friend case she brought some documents then consulate ask about another documents so she had not that documents in that time, she had to get back to consulate again another month so it will take more time. I just want to make thing done in one time, more document better bring less, and no waste the time to go to consulate another time either and if the documents alot the examiner will tell you what they want. My duty is only prepare all what i have to proof my relationship to my husband cause he met me in one time then we married..

    Filling out your timeline takes only about 30 seconds. Fill out as much of the things as you have. The day you sent your i130, NOA1 date, Noa2 date, interview date. It's easy and simple and it helps the community at large. Do it now.

    WOW that scares me LMAO i dont have that much to bring with me lmao

    Consulate in Thailand will ask alot of document to proof the relationship, I and my husband met on dating website we both talked a year till he came to thailand to married me then I need to take all the document I had to show to them that I married with him cause of love not for migrants in usa, Sometime examiner love to ask stupid question :blush::rofl::rofl:, my opionion that if I prepare the document to show them then my visa will gain that what I though it was crazy idea :devil:
