David and Beth, we got the hardcopy today! RYan forgot to answer the question 2 (part C, page 3). The question "have you ever been convicted by a court of law"...the answer is NO, simple as that. God bless all of us!
We also got the RFE hardcopy today.And in one of the forms about prior spouses to me,my fiancé just left empty,and the response is:NONE. And the USCIS request again my fiancé´s divorce decree. We already had sent it before (crazy USCIS). Anyways,he´ll send a certified copy of his divorce decree.
