My mother in-law has a interview at the Hong Kong Consulate in the middle of Feb and the special instructions on the Consulates website says that u have to get NSO birth certificate marriage certificate and death certificate from NSO website and have them send it Hong Kong. She already has originals but they need it from the NSO any way. They say it take 6-8 weeks to send threw Phil Post but u can pay extra for SPEEDY delivery. Has anyone who has a Philippines passport and had an interview in Hong Kong done this and how and how long did it take to arrive at the Hong Kong Consulate.
