Hey everyone good news we got SIF ~! Called NVC to confirm it and they said it was in the final review stage before they do the schedualing and to call back next week (I'll try to call friday though because I'm anxious) anyways I feel relieved now and hoping they were able to put us in a Feb. interview slot. *fingers crossed*

i'm not an expert or anything so take this with a grain of salt... buuuuuut

i suppose if the consul smiles at you and says something along the lines of "congratulations you've been approved" then i could care less if he handed me a rainbow colored piece of paper.

Question: For those who have gone through a lawyer, who would be doing the things like getting NVC Case Number and updating email ID with NVC? Would the lawyer give his email id or the petitioner/beneficiary's email id?

seems like there is no rhyme or reason to csc my notice date was june 7th i got no touches, just email today saying approved oct 26th.im praying for everyone still waiting to get theirs too,but at least it seems there is some movement, also checked the uscis web site and had updated my case, so it seems as for today online stuff working, j

Aw.... everyone i talk to get their NOa 2 before me. Maybe i bring them luck or smth, but who brings me luck!!!!! ??????? NOBODY... unfortunately. Feel like a neglected child...

Was just going through the forum and looks like early april filers are getting their noa2. Looks like another 2 months to go before we june filers get some good news.

Has the process slowed down in the past few weeks or is it only me who is feeling so??

(Sent out the packet on May 28. Received NOA1 on June 7. No touch since then..)
