thats the SFO reviews, that can help ur sister..
and about travel tax, since she already paid for it and ticket was purchased in the phils, she doesnt have to pay again in the airport..it will be reflected on the system already..so it will be the terminal fee which is 750 that she needs to pay..

I am flying on august 5 and i would like to know how much money will i take with me enought to get me throught the airport i will have to save 100 dollars cash for my seattle stop over for 11 hours ... darn ... how much is the terminal fee and how many kilos am i allowed to take with me so i wont pay additional fee ... im flying delta
terminal fee is 750 and if u havent paid the ph travel tax, u will be asked to pay it which i is 1,620..check ur itinerary, if u can see 2 diferent taxes on it it means u only have to pay the terminal fee at the airport..so which means that 100 dolars is good enough..and delta allows 2 bags with 23kls each and a handcarry of 7 kls.but they will not weigh the handcarry though so dont worry.i even saw pasengers bringing troley bad with them as their handcarry

Hi,
My fiancée is a government employee, a teacher, she is wondering does she have to bring anything with her to the interview or when departing the country so that there will be no issues.
As time for her interview draws near we are trying to make sure we have covered everything.
hi! i am a public teacher in the phils..ur fiancee doesnt have to bring anything regarding her teaching work during the interview. But when departing the country i suggest she bring with her a certificate to travel abroad stating that she has been cleared from all money and property accountabilities and that she does not have pending admionistrative or criminal case file against her..thats what i showed to the imigration officer at NAIA when she asked any permit to travel since i have written in the form my occupation..BUT if ur fiance cant obtain this certificate by the time of her departure, just tel her to put NONE under Occupation..hope this hepls

Vaccine requirements for AOS are the same for all AOS applicants, regardless of applicants home country.
oh i see now..thank u..so now im not refering this post to filipinas only, but to all..i stand corrected..
-
why only Filipina's? Are the rest of us irrelevant? If so, please post in the Philippines forum to contact "Filipina's" only (though sometimes other countries will reply).
i have to adress this to filipinas specifically coz i am not sure if we have same way of processing of medical records or vaccine transcriptions for AOS..and i think other countries dont have to undergo such thing as this since they only have complete vaccination records unlike what we had..and about posting it to Phil forum, i dont know about that, still have to figure it out..are u the moderator?u can move this if u like.thank u

When we lived Columbus we went to the following. I do not remember the cost but it was under $100. She even told us to go the county board of health for one of the missing "shots" because they were much cheaper than she could do it for. This was 5 years ago.

helo....the fiance's income is so important in this process coz they wont like u to become a public charge when u r already in US..so i suggest if ur fiance doesnt have any bank saving or personal property or assets, u get a cosponsors. Most of the CO accpets cosponsors so u can give it a try..u said her mom is retired but she is still receiving money from the place where she worked, right?Does she still file taxes?if she does u can have her mom as cosponsor..and dont worry coz u have 1 year to send additional documents to prove but the earlier u send them, the earlier ur visa will get approved..
-
bring photos of you and ur fiance/hubby coz sometimes the counselor will ask for it..and divorced papers if hes divorced, and be sure to know the maiden name of your fiance's mother..and photocopy your passport and visa if u already have for at least 2 copies.and be sure to have that form for the CFO..u can download it from the CFO site..
-
we used the phil passport size and we were approved without RFE
-
As for my experienced I did not have the original copy of my husbands divorce decree. He just scan the original copy, sent it in my email and I printed it. That's what I showed the interviewing officer during my interview and it was fine.
same here

hello i think i have nothing to add maganda said everything already..i brought i-134 original with his signature and the rest are photocopies or scanned the time of my intrview....goodluck to her intrview....but as maganda said send her emplyment letter, intent letter original to make sure.

how much did u declare as income in your latest TAX return? Is it 125% above poverty line?CO tends to look at the tax return and make their decision out of it.So if it is low, better have that co sponsor docs as back up..Though there are very few CO that dont accept CO sponsor, most of them accept. Many have already tried it.There are even some CO that have initiated or have asked if the applicant has co sponsor. So dont worry it will worth a try.God is great! Your fiance will be fine during her interview and she will pass it.Good luck

i had my interview last April 4 and i brought scanned copies of all documents..Though it didnt caused a problem for the aproval of visa but i suggest u send her the folowing documents in original signatures:
AFFIDAVIT OF SUPORT
INTENT LETTER
EMPLOYER LETTER
The rest u can have them scanned..

yes better get ready with cosponsor thing as back up..There are some CO that accepts Co sponsor so it will worth a try.Goodluck

Hi All,
My fiance will be eligible to pay for his Visa soon (just waiting on NVC to send paperwork to Manila). From what I have read, a passport is needed to pay for the Visa.Correct My fiance has his passport, however he is just now applying for a passport for his daughter.
Can he go ahead and pay for his visa fee, and thereby be able to schedule his interview appointment, and then just pay for his daughter's visa fee when she has her passport in hand?NO, THIS IS NOT POSIBLE.SHE NEEDS TO SHOW AND GIVE A COPY OF HER AND DAUGHTER'S PASSPORT. When you make the interview appointment does it just ask for the K1 applicants info, or does it also ask for any K2's.YES SHE WILL BE ASKED OF K2'S INFO AS WELL
It could take a couple of weeks to get his daughter's passport, and so I was just curious if he could speed things up a bit by just paying for his and getting scheduled for the interview, and then taking care of her visa payment when her passport comes.NO, YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR HER DAUGHTER'S PASSPORT BEFORE SHE CAN SCHEDULE FOR INTERVIEW COZ SHE WILL BE ASKED FOR HER PASSPORT NUMBER AND OF HER DAUGHTER'S.SHE WILL GET 2 APPOINTMENT LETTERS AFTER SHE SCHEDULED HER INTERVIEW.
Thanks in advance for your help.YW..P.S TELL YOUR FIANCE TO PREPARE DS FORMS FOR HER AND ALSO FOR HER DAUGHTER BY THE TIME OF THEIR INTERVIEW.
