      thank you! NVC means National Visa Center.after USCIS your papers will be sent to NVC and u can get your manila case number if u dont want to wait for the letters from them.From NVC it will now forwarded again to Manila USEM..The manila case number will be needed if u want to schedule for interview at Manila USEmbassy..I will send u the link of the letter that we will receive from manila USEM once they receive the packet from NVC so u know what documents u have to bring to the interview..
