what did the noa2 consist of, was it just a notice thhat they were sending the application to vsc?

hello jerry, can you let me know what your noa2 consist of. i have 2 go to work for 20 days out of state & i may receive my noa2 the day i leave & was trying to have it ready before it gets here so i can send it off right away
