Also you can cross reference by using the Ghana portal to view recent approvals and upcoming interviews for K1 couples. Once you clear NVC Ghana usually schedules the interview for at least 4 to 5 months later ~

Hello u are more than welcome to pose a question for your timeline with NVC to Embassy in Ghana question on the Ghana portal ~ I just realized you are doing the K1 and I'm not really familiar with that visa. Best of Luck to you and God Bless .... I do know that K1 with no complications from start to finish shouldn't take more than one year to obtain visa

Also for CR1 we started the process on Jan 20th 2011 and Husby had interview at Embassy on Nov 16th 2011 and made it into states by Dec 10th 2011... Now the CR1 process is taking anywhere from 8 - 12 months to clear & that is with clear concise filing and no issues ...

able to work while I'm working all day. thats just us but everybody has their own reasons... K1 cant work until like 5-8 months (im guessing)he rewith CR1 spouse can work as soon as he receives GC & SS which is like 30 days upon entering the USA ...
