    hi guys,i have been contacted to submit my passport which i did,bt my fiance was not able to transmit citizenship to our 3 month old baby due to lack of physical evidence at the embassy.This appointment was attended 2 days before my visa interview,now we dont kno what to do ,either to apply for a non immigrant visa for the baby or what.my visa will only be valid for 6 months,so we cannot wait for another petition to be filed for our baby,else my visa will ran out,can some1 tell me what to do...

      You need to ask the embassy ASAP they'll tell you, and they'll ask you for DNA too

      i took the baby with me at the interview,and we told the consulate,but they didnt comment or say anything regarding this,after submitting my passport,i rang the embassy telling them the whole situation,they told me that my fiance needs to file an IR2 for the baby at the USCIS,then he rang USCIS told them the situation,they told him that i can apply a visa for the baby ,tb the didnt say what type of visa to apply.i rang the embassy again they say to contact USCIS,and we already did that.they k...
