hello. we got married in philippines a week before i left. now im back in the U.S. im currently working as a nurse aid until i take my Nursing Exam in 4 months i want to start the petition. should i use an affidavit of supprt?

do you think its a good idea for us to get married before i go, having no income someone told me its better to have a cosponsor under a marriage visa

i this is random but everyone here has gone through fiance visas. im just a newbie. is it wise for me to file for a k1 visa for my fiance when i am a fresh graduate and dont have work experience yet? ive been told co sponsors are not allowed.. anyone know if this is true? (i am the UScitizen female wanting to petition a filipino male, we have a 2 year old daughter together who is now a us citizen
