    My fiancé lives in US and so do I. I am a US citizen but he is not. He is on a Student Visa. Since he lives in US, is K-3 the visa process that we need to follow? Do we need to file I-130? Do we also have to get evidences of a bonifide marriage such as bank accounts together, lease agreements together?

    Kindly let me know the actual procedure required as it is confusing online which procedure to follow.
