when we have all the documents completed, my husband sent an email to them requesting an interview date, the interview date that I got was fairly close, it was only 2 weeks from the time we sent the email to them.

but it was 2 years ago, so I dont know if anything changed since then... I really hope you get your interview date soon, good luck

Hi Blooms, as far as I remember, I never get packet 3... what happened was the US embassy in Jakarta sent an email to my husband (fiance at that time) told him that they recieved the approved 129-f petition and would like us to complete all the documents necessary.

and i remember about when i had interview, i met a lady which was having spouse visa interview, she told me it had been almost a year since they started the visa process until they got the visa, spouse visa take more time compared to fiance visa

but dont worry, i think your visa should be done before june

i ve just read your story, i did fiance visa which is K1, but you are doing CR1 which is spouse visa, i hope i can help you by answering your questions, but just keep in mind that our visas types are different

you can ask as many questions as you want, and i will answer all of that based on my experience,
