Continue reading the guides here. Call NVC about a week from the date of NOA2. They should have your case within 1-2 weeks, and you can get your case number. Refer to your consulate on how to schedule and necessary steps. The region specific forums here are good for that. If you can schedule online or by phone, you can do so after you have your case number and paid the application fee.
