    getting ready to file for my husband's visa... this is scary! his son and I need him here with us, but i don't want to mess anything up and new denied. my ex husband was denied a fiance visa more information was requested on the spousal Vida before he left me. Praying God gives me strength to get through this journey!

    Where abouts in WA are you? I am near Seattle, WA. Waiting now on approval of I-130 and then the LONG wait for the interview. Happy to hear the approvals they give me hope that my Daniel and I can be together again! Congrats and happiness for you both!

    Officially Mrs Daniel Horgli... We were married in Ghana on Oct 5, 2010. So happy to be married but miss him terribly. Would love to start our life together soon. I am having to refile I-130... I keep reading about CR1 visa and am not sure of what the difference is between the K visa and the CR1??? This is all so confusing to me, but I love Daniel and will never give up on us!

    I met my fiance in Nov 2008. Flew to Ghana Jan 1, 2009 came home Jan 25, 2009. Fell in love with him the moment I laid eyes on him! Receipt date of Apr 7, 2009. First interview Dec 24, 2009 request for more proof of relationship for 1st month knowing him, before my visit to Ghana and more info on how we met (which was stated in letter originally send in). Second interview set for Mar 11, 20...
