We got our notice that they recieved all the documents on 3/31 and the AOS fee changed to N/A today, 4/25 so its not even a full 30 days right now.

Yes we filed using the name on her social security card and state ID. Should we try to get her a passport in her new name? It had been something we had planned to do just never gotten to due to the bureaucracy involved.

My wife and I got married in the US but for personal reasons we returned to the Philippines before her AOS was completed. We are now working on an IR1 visa to bring her back and our 60 day period was up today, we checked CEAC and her principle applicant name has been changed to her maiden name. Any reason for this? Does this signal we are about to recieve bad news? Her fee still says paid, not N/A.

I searched for this but couldn't find anything too helpful yet.

Trying to find a good ticket from Cebu to the US but most of the travel sites I know of dont allow tickets that originate outside the US. I've heard there are some travel agencies that specialize in tickets like this but haven't found any, anyone have suggestions?

My fiancee recieved a packet of documents I sent her that was ripped open and some of the forms were missing, one of which being the last copy of W-2 I had. Her interview is in two days and she's in Manila now, I wont be able to get another copy and get it to her before her interview, how bad is this? Auto denial? I had extra copies of everything else but I wanted to send her an original of my w-2, just happened to be the last original I had, didn't really plan for it being lost. She has a copy of last years 1040 and 12 months of pay stubs as well as 12 months of bank statements.

I never actually recieved any letters from NVC, I got NOA2 dated June28th on July 7th and it told me it was going to NVC, but she recieved a letter from the embassy on July 22nd with the interview letter. Not sure why I never got anything from NVC but they let me schedule the interview with no hassle, so not too worried.

Still hasn't gotten the email confirmation yet, guess I'll give it another go. Do I have to use the same method as before with the pin, or is there another # I can call since the interview is alreadty scheduled?

My fiance recieved a letter stating she could schedule an interview on 7/26/10, she couldn't seem to make a connection so I called from here and got an interview for 8/27/10, which doesn't give us alot of time to prep but I thought we could get it done.

Anyway, my question is they said she'd be emailed a letter confirming her interview but she hasn't recieved it yet, will it be mailed through regular post or should I call back and ask them to resend it?
