I have a NOA date of Feb 04... and my case status says...
"On April 28, 2016, we scheduled an interview for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization"
...And the recording on the status line says i should contact USCIS if I don't receive the notice 30 days after date above. I have NOT received the letter with my interview date and the 30 days have passed. The first person I called said they needed to do a service request, but she couldn't at the time because of some technical difficulty. The second time I called, the guy I spoke with told me I did not need a service request and that this is normal and when they send the mail, they will update the status, to mail was sent or something.
Is there another status change that says the letter has been mailed? It seems weird they would tell us to contact them and when I do, only to tell me everything's normal. I feel like something is wrong.

Once the AOS fee status shows PAID, the button (Print and Email Barcode sheet) below of that screen will enable. Print the barcode sheet, include it in the package and mail to NVC at the address specified on the barcode sheet.

So I wont be notified by the NVC that i can now send it in?

Hey Guys,
Question, Once the AOS bill is paid... will NVC email us with the AOS details to submit Or is it that we wont get any email/notification and they expect us to just send in the form/items?

Sent out what packages? You mean the email to you containing your Invoice Id Number and AOS bill?
whatever package they send out after the receive the case from the uscis.

Hey guys,
I got my nvc # and I just gave the operator our email addresses, and she told me that they've sent out the packages. Can I email the DS-3032 now?

Do you mean fingerprinting?
If yes, NO. This will be done at the interview time in the Consulate.
Fingerprint is for the beneficiary. And the beneficiary is NOT in the U.S.
Also, there is a second fingerprint at Port of Entry (POE), just to make sure the same person who got the immigrant visa has landed here.

PS:- I read in VJ thread sometime back that a person at interview time had long hair. At POE, he had cut it short. Then posted here, will that be an issue? That's not an issue. But cosmetic surgery on the palms will be an issue.
Yeah I meant finger printing.... thanks. So from the application was received by CSC, the next time we'll get notified from them is whether its approved or not (granted there are no document requests)????

My wife filed my I 130, which was received by the USCIS on April 26, 2010. Should we have received a biometrics letter?

Question: Have they asked u to do your biometrics?

NOA Feb 2, for me... fingerprints done in march.... Still waiting for my interview notice.
They keep telling me it's an FBI hold up... and all I can do is wait. I feel forgotten.
A co-worker that applied after me is already a citizen.
