Where do i email DS 230? i actually have a lawyer but from reading posts i actually want to try sending these documents myself for my wife. OR am i getting this whole process wrong?

Thanks everyone! Now i am hoping the process to NVC finishes and interview date is set within 2-3 months. i will keep the update as i learn them

so just uscis needed few passport sized photo's of me which is strange even my lawyer said that. They normally want Beneficiary's photo's but oh well thank god.
