Im alittle bt confused about the process, dont know if i should file for him since im a USC or my mom should file as soon as she gets her greencard, which will be quicker and whats the process like

The petitioner is in the US and the beneficiary is in the UK with an expired visa, the case has been approved and sent to NVC, should he go along with the AOS submition or request for a change in interview location before proceding to the next level?
she is still is still in the UK and i-130 has been approved.

Sorry for the confusing question, My friend is here in the US and he is in the military, he filed for his fiancee who is in the UK and her visa is already expired. The i-130 has been approved and it has been sent to NVC. just want to know if he should contact NVC to change the place of interview to be the home country.
Thanks

A friend of mine filed for his fiancee in UK and during the process Her visa got expired, and her i-130 has been approved, can they change the location of interview or can the Visa still be processed at the US embassy since it was valid at the time of approval? can they redirect the interview to her home counrty? Please Respond if you know anything about this

Let him try his luck in the US, if he tries his best God will do the rest, don't ever try to be the devil by writing to stop his dream... It sounds odd to hear this but it's the truth, his persistence will definately pay off, most people who have that kind of zeal in US always make it, unfortunately for him his zeal doesn't do no good for him in th Pl...

Hi everyone,i just wanted to know, how do know if you pass the medical?do the embassy called you to tell u that you pass the medical?or on the day of the interview?thank's.
The hospital for you do the test usually give you a date to come pick up the medical package and they have the result in there for the embassy and usually tells you bfor they give you the package your result, and if there is anything they will tell you to come back... Don't know about other countries but when I did mine years ago it was like this. Hope it gives u an idea of how it works

I filed the I130 for my mother on the 17th of july and got a notice of Action dated on the 28th of july, the only thing on the notice was :I-130 has been receievd by our office for the following beneficiary and is in process. Any idea of when i will hear again from them and what is the next step?

It runs more or less like any other I 130. Occasionally Nigeria will ask for DNA test but not normally. Be prepared to show that you have insurance lined up to cover medical cost especially if she has pre existing conditions.
Not too consigned about the medical cost, just wishing it will take less than 6months or 6months max, what do you think? for the DNA i dont mind going over there to do the test when they need it, can u tell me the time frame you think it will take to get all this done? and also let me know when i will be expecting to hear from them, they still havent cashed my check but i figured its still early cos its arround 2 or 3weeks now. Thanks
