  1. Is anybody else confused about the i-134? I've been reading posts that say to provide bank statements and certain docs have to be notarized, but the actual i-134 form doesn't specify this. I make above the 125% poverty line for two people, and so far I have last year's tax return, the last 3 paycheck stubs, and a signed letter from my employer. Anybody have any advice on this?

      my friends said the form 134 will be accepted ny manila usem even if not notarized.And as long as you u meet the required income and u have the evidence of the current sustained income which are paystubs and employee letter,ur fiancee is good to go for interview.Though providing bank statements wont hurt

      It depends on your home country.Australia for example requires only what the form says. Other countries require tax returns, or pay stubs. So have a look at your countries website or post in your countries forum, it will tell you what they require if it's different from the actual form requirements
