Hi All,

I am applying in F2A (Spouse of Green card). I applied GC through my Employer as well in EB-3 Cat and got my Labor cleared.

My Priority date became current for the application filed by my wife,My Question is when filing the I-485 form, There is a specific question.

"Have you ever filed for Permanent residence, if so filing location, disposition and date ? "

What should i answer this ? Because my employer is unaware of my GC process through my wife ?

Hi All,

My Wife has filed for a GC in F2A Cat. My wife has no income for the past three years so i am using one of my friends (USC) income to file I-864.

My Friend has his own company and he is an employee of the same company. So he has income from W-2 as well as from his business. Should he include the income from Business or can he just show the income from his W2 ? Any special documentation required if he needs to add up the business income ?

My Friedn's wife is not working but they file taxes together. Does she need to file I-864A with zero income just because they are filing taxes together. I live in California and this is a communal state so its realy confusing.
