I'm getting frustrated that we haven't received NOA1. Fiance mailed it April 21st, with money order. Today, I already asked him to call USCIS and check with the post office when the money order was cashed or used. Haven't spoken to him yet regarding the results of the phone call, but I would like to know if there are other ways of knowing..It's disappointing to a point this is just for the first notice..

Hi guys..did your fiance ever gave you money, or send money for your expenses? and if yes did he voluntary give or it was you who asked for it? We don't have approval yet, coz kasusubmit lang namin, but was wondering as early as now when the time comes for the medical and embassy interview, how to ask him to help me with the expenses..He doesn't send me money, and I don't ask for the money...i know the sincerity of a person can't be measured thru money, but i want to know what the others think..thanks

The filing location is the Dallas TX lockbox, when it comes to cover letter and the letter of intent to marry, what address did you use? the samples here said the service center address,I got confused because the packet will be send over to Dallas TX.

on the I-129F form, #12,If your fiancee is currently in the US - i answered N/A

what about on the box of Arrival/Departure Record and Date of Arrival box, should I also put N/A? or leave it blank since i answered N/A on #12?

I saw a sample here in VJ and it shows that the service center location address should be used. is this true? what about in the fiancee letter of intent?

Hi guys..question on G-325A, on the employment history, since I resigned from a company (working for 4 years) i have series of work but for a short period of time..like a month in one call center, then another 6 months in another call center. in between those times I have months wherein I dont have work. do i have to include all?

also at present time I have an online work, part-time, do I have to put in online work, without specific employer, or just put none? all this time I havent filed an income tax return since its just a part-time work, pay vary every month and i have no specific employers..

and also in the address for the past five years, do i also include the address even though I just rent a room? this is for the times that i work in another city..

There's no way she can stay in the US, because her visa is fiancee visa and not a working visa. It is clearly stated on the guidelines that if not married within 90 days, the girl has no other option but to go back to the Philippines. It is very clear that they have a plan, with her being a nurse and changing her mind when she already had a visa. Tell your friend to be ready, to think ahead of these folks, it is best to ask now than later for advice. No offense meant to other fiancee nurses here that has good intentions.

it is really suspicious that her friends doesnt know about her fiancee visa. and not adding him as her friend in facebook smells trouble. She is hiding something from him. The NLEX exam excuse is lame. Some nurses here maybe can give their advice too..

Not marrying about last name is not an issue..there are some issues that your friend can use, like the woman claiming not loving him that much, the coldness and his suspicions of her having other plans. The uncle threatening your friend is not right. Your friend should be careful, coz the woman's folks will do everything so she can stay in the US.

No. Its not needed. My hubby (then fiance) never gave me any money to support me. I had no problem with the american CO. But i was quite irritated with the filipino initial interviewer coz she insisted that i should show her a copy of remittances from my fiance. After several NOs from me, she made a comment that most of the filipina fiancee always have copy of remittances from their american fiance.
