My card is on it's way!!.... USCIS online status has been updated to show that my card was mailed today and is on it's way to me by USPS.

Hello, all! We FINALLY received an e-mail/text regarding our card production (10/31/13). Took their sweet time, that's for sure! I'll wait until I have the card in hand to update the list. Just wanted to let you guys know, in case you were wondering if I gave up! LOL

As for us...we're still waiting to hear about our card. It's officially been 22 days since our approval. I'm trying to be patient, but geez.

At last!....We received our ROC approval letter today. Our case was approved on 10/21/2013 from the Norfolk, VA office.

Could someone please update the table for me. Every time I do it things go wrong. Many Thanks!

Be sure to always ask for the name and ID number of any and all Immigration officers that you speak to. You should also contact the DHS Ombudsman to assist you with your case. You can file electronic form 7001 from this website http://www.dhs.gov/ombudsman-case-assistance

If you call USCIS you need to directly ask to talk to a tier 2 immigration officer. Tier 1 will just read you a scripted passage to get you off the line. You are outside of normal processing times so the tier 2 IO will put in a request for your case to be looked into, but don't stop there.

Your next contact should be with your local congress person. You should be able to e-mail them to tell them whats happening, but going to their office in person will get things moving much faster. Their immigration department should put in for a congressional inquiry to look into why you are so far out of normal processing targets. Don't just sit and wait in hope, be proactive.

I received the same transfer email too but no letter as of yet. I sent my application to VSC and the email said "transferred to your local office". Could that mean that my application was transferred to CSC?

When I logged into the USCIS.gov website it said that my case had been transfered to a local office, but when I read the transfer letter that I received in the mail this morning it has actually gone to CSC.
