My review can be found in my signature. Australia is pretty easy but I'm Australian and you mention Casa so are you Aussie or foreign applying in Australia? I'm not sure if it's different if you're not actually Australia (or from a high fraud country normally). I had a pretty relaxing experience really.

Anybody has any idea what an interview in Australia is like? ust want to be sure that party is well prepared. Been reading of places like Casa where there have not been many highly positive review. I am aware of different places having different personalities so, this is directed specifically at people who have been there or their family or friends have.

Have you people tried consulting your 2 United States Senators and Congressman from your District? They would get you definite answers, and much faster. Try that, and you will be surprised how effective tey are. Go to their website, fill their Authorization form allowing them to look into a matter with Immigration specifically. Explain what happened, when, and what you expect which hasn't happened yet.

Hello. Me and my fiance were waiting for NOA1 for 5months. And we called USCIS about 5times about it. All of them said they sent our NOA1 and our paperwork is in process...They said they will send him NOA1 again. and let him paid $20. but never came. so he talked to some higher level person. He told my fiance to give him time for a few days and he will find out where it is. BUT we found out when we called to military line (because he is in NAVY). Our paperwork was lost after cashed.... He said we have to re-file again. and it will start from first. He said they will pay him back which he paid already. But my fiance is getting order to Japan in 7months. So we decided to wait to get married till he will be in Japan. We believe it is better decision for us for now.
This is my question...How can we cancel our I-129F? Because they told us they don't even have our case number at all... And how can we get money back from them plus $20?
Nobody knows where our paperwork is at...so how should I??
If somebody know something. please tell me

If the Petitioner gets a qualified non-relative to sponsor the beneficiary will that likely have any negative effect on the visa interview? In that instance (where there's a sponsor different from the Petitioner) should the Petitioner also submit an I-134? Issues are at play here which is why they would rather have a different sponsor.

When does the child support issue or student loan or owed tax come up during the K-i/K-3 visa process? Is it before the Petition is approved, or when the beneficiary goes for the interview, or the Consulate does its own digging again after poing through everything else before? Assuming there is an outstanding balance will they outright deny the visa and have the beneficiary re-ally or that's it and start the whole process all over again?

For anybody who wants to listen to/ask questions about immigration issues on the air, tune in to KPFT 90.1 on your FM dial in the Houston, Texas area, or go on line Tuesdays 7:00pm till 7:30pm Central Time. You can also go on line to their archives to listen to some past shows. It can be quite useful.

I am the Petitioner and a USC and my fiancee is Aussie. Just want want to calm the nerves. Only mentioned Casa because those who are from that area seem to have a hard time, according to their postings on this forum.
The Consular reviews are very helpful. Will have my fiancee take a look at them.
Cheers.
