    its more than 2 weeks now but we still havent heard anything from NVC.

      BF Tried to call NVC. Woman there said it was probably sent direct to Manila Consulate and We need to call USCIS to find out. Wording in NOA2 is that it was sent to "listed consulate" she said that it would not go to NVC due to that??
